Brandon Sakelaridos
Director of Operations/Co-founder
Based in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, Brandon grew up in Montgomery and Bucks County and spent a decade living on the Eastern Shore. With degrees from University of Delaware and Montgomery County Community College, Brandon followed his lifelong interest in cooking – instilled by family and by his favorite restaurants: starting in 2004, he spent a decade in the trenches as a line cook and sous chef across multiple cuisines and concepts, building a deep, practical foundation in the craft. He also amassed a deep knowledge of the hospitality business that has brought him to effective leadership and management positions. In 2014, he found his first Executive Chef position at DiFebo's, an iconic, award-winning Italian restaurant in Bethany Beach, Delaware, upholding the standards of a well-established, highly regarded brand. From 2017- 2023, he took an Executive Chef role with All In Hospitality, for their multiple properties: Pig & Fish Restaurant,
Pickled Pig Pub, The Pig & The Publican, building and leading culinary programs across these distinct concepts, balancing unique identities with consistent quality and execution. His managerial acumen also served to transform Hamilton Tap & Grill to a quality scratch kitchen that revitalized the brand and improved all aspects of the business.
Brandon founded Delaware Valley Restaurant Solutions in 2025, to help restaurants run smarter and grow faster by combining operational expertise with tech and automation to build more profitable, scalable businesses. That same year, Brandon joined The Borscht Belt team, leading its growth and expansion, from a popular food truck to a food hall location in Chestnut Hill, PA. His latest project is The Belt: Hand Carved and Smashed By The Belt. This is a dual concept slated to open in July 2026 in the dining pavilion of Quaker Bridge Mall in Lawrenceville, NJ, offering several sandwich favorites from The Borscht Belt along with on-trend smashburgers.
When he's not refining restaurant concepts, Brandon is an avid saltwater fisherman, passionate Philadelphia sports fan, and dog owner to a Golden Retriever and a Bernese Mountain Dog—someone who thrives on challenges, continuous learning, and spending time with family.
